Returns

We offer returns on eligible sample products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • A non-customized sample product supplied without customer branding or customization;

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it;

  • Returned in its original packaging; and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@beautypartnernordic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Customized and Private Label Products

All customized, private-label, white-label, branded, personalized, and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

These products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests for:

  • Products bearing a customer's logo, brand name, or custom design;

  • Custom formulations or products manufactured to customer specifications;

  • Customized labels, packaging, boxes, or printed materials;

  • Private-label or white-label products produced specifically for a customer;

  • Orders approved by the customer prior to production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all product specifications, artwork, labels, packaging, and order details before production begins.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item.

To evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Photographs of the product and packaging.

If the claim is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of the affected products or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized products;

  • Private-label products;

  • White-label products produced for a specific customer;

  • Personalized products;

  • Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, beauty, or personal care products;

  • Products with broken safety seals;

  • Sale or clearance items;

  • Gift cards;

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different eligible sample product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Customized and private-label products are not eligible for exchange.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

For eligible non-customized sample products shipped within the European Union, customers may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications;

  • Clearly personalized products;

  • Sealed cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Accordingly, customized, private-label, personalized, branded, and opened cosmetic products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under the EU right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
