General questions

From the product links in our catalog you can order product samples. Please get in touch to get a copy of the catalog. Cost for sample products is around 10 EUR / product plus shipping.

No, at the moment Beauty Partner does not offer dropshipping services.

No, there are no setup fees. Customers only pay for the products they order.

Most products are vegan and ECOCERT certified (exceptions are keratin-based hair products).
Cruelty-free: all products, no exceptions.
COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic: most products, with the exact level shown on each product page.
Allergen-free / nut-free / gluten-free: available for applicable products (you can filter by these claims in the catalog).

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Private and White label

For stock formulas the MOQ is 100 units.

For fully custom formulations, the MOQ is 10,000–15,000 units per SKU, and the process takes up to 18 months.

If using one of our stock formulas to be adjusted (for example change of fragrance or change of active key ingredient) we can offer much lower MOQs – between 500–1,000 units depending on the product.

You need to provide us with your suggested formula and our production team will assess the feasibility of manufacturing this.

We don’t sell raw formulas or bulk liters for you to fill your own packaging.

Packaging and labelling

We offer a wide range of containers depending on the type of product - from drip bottles, to airless pump bottles to jars.

Our range includes classic types of packaging designed to protect the contents from light and extend the products shelf lives. Some bottles come in color variations (such as options between white, black, brown and amber green).

If you choose a bottle we already have in stock for another product, the MOQ is 2,000 units.

If you want a completely new bottle that we don't currently stock, the MOQ is 10,000 units.

Yes! We offer a one-stop solution that includes packaging and labelling. Send us your logo and brand name and your desired design and our team will handle the rest.

If you want premium finishes like hot foil stamping, UV varnish, or special materials, the MOQ starts at 1,000 units per SKU.

No, not at the moment. Our products are produced, packed, and shipped as finished, retail-ready items, and part of that process is applying your label design before delivery.

The technical part on the label is usually pre-printed in 8 languages (ENG/FR/DE/NL/ES/LA/SE/DK/NOK).

If there is a request to change the technical part of the label (for instance to add any another language), then the cost for this is roughly $300 USD.

Reselling our products

All products comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and undergo safety assessment in accordance with applicable legislation.

Our supplier in Northern Europe acts as the responsible distributor within the EU and UK, and therefore the products are already fully labelled in accordance with EU requirements for cosmetic distribution. They are also responsible for ensuring that the products are correctly registered in the CPNP and that proper Product Information Files (PIFs) are available.

We make it easy for you to focus on your sales. Our partner is the responsible person within the EU and the UK. They also handle the full registration of the products in the CPNP.

You must have a legally registered business and a valid shipping address to distribute our products.

Ingredients & formulas

All products are 100% vegan, except for products containing keratin – these products contain keratin derived from ethically sourced sheep wool.

The products are, of course, completely cruelty-free (free from animal testing). Our commitment to being cruelty-free is further reinforced by ECOCERT certification, which ensures that our methods meet strict ethical standards.

All products are made from natural ingredients, and most are also COSMOS Natural or COSMOS Organic certified.

We are transparent about what our products contain, but the specific names of our partners, laboratories, and raw material suppliers are confidential.

Although supplier names are not disclosed, you still have strong arguments for marketing your brand in an open and credible way. You can confidently highlight:

Full INCI ingredient lists for each product (available on product pages)
That ingredients are responsibly sourced and produced in Northern Europe
A clear focus on clean, cruelty-free, and high-quality formulations
COSMOS / ECOCERT certifications where applicable
